Delivery
Every Andra Home order ships with free standard delivery to UK addresses, tracked from dispatch to your door.
- Orders placed before 5:00 pm (UK time), Monday to Friday, are processed the same day and dispatched within 1–3 business days
- Once dispatched, delivery takes 7–14 business days, so allow 8–17 business days in total
- We use trusted UK carriers, including Royal Mail, Evri, DPD and Parcelforce, and larger items such as garden furniture may arrive by specialist courier
- Your tracking number is emailed within 48 hours of dispatch
Need to cancel? Email us within 12 hours of ordering to stop your order before dispatch. After that, you can still cancel within 14 days of delivery.
Returns and refunds
If a piece doesn't suit your space, sending it back is straightforward.
- You have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of delivery, and we accept change-of-mind returns for up to 30 days
- After the first 14 days, items should be unused, unassembled and in their original packaging
- Faulty, damaged or incorrect items are always covered, and your statutory rights are never affected
- Contact us first and we'll send the return address and instructions
- We pay return postage for faulty or incorrect items; for change-of-mind returns, the return cost is yours
- No restocking fees, ever
