Every Andra Home order ships with free standard delivery to UK addresses, tracked from dispatch to your door.

Orders placed before 5:00 pm (UK time), Monday to Friday, are processed the same day and dispatched within 1–3 business days
Once dispatched, delivery takes 7–14 business days, so allow 8–17 business days in total
We use trusted UK carriers, including Royal Mail, Evri, DPD and Parcelforce, and larger items such as garden furniture may arrive by specialist courier
Your tracking number is emailed within 48 hours of dispatch

Need to cancel? Email us within 12 hours of ordering to stop your order before dispatch. After that, you can still cancel within 14 days of delivery.
