We want paying at Andra Home to be quick, secure and straightforward. This page sets out the payment methods we accept and how your payment is handled.
Accepted payment methods
- Credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, UnionPay
- Digital wallets: Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal
- Buy now, pay later: Klarna
We never add a surcharge for paying by card or digital wallet.
How payments are processed
- Payment is taken when you place your order
- Orders are processed once payment has been successfully authorised
- Payments are handled by trusted third-party providers, and we never store your full card details
Payment security
Our checkout is protected by SSL encryption, so your personal and payment details are secure in transit. Your bank may also ask you to verify some payments, for example with a one-time code or through your banking app, as part of Strong Customer Authentication.
Order verification
To protect you and us from fraud, we may carry out additional payment checks or ask you for further information. If we can't verify a payment, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
Currency
All prices are shown and charged in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT. If your card is issued in a different currency, your card provider may charge a conversion fee.

Refunds
Refunds follow our Return and Refund Policy and are always made to your original payment method. The time it takes to appear on your account depends on your bank or card provider.
