How to secure at various heights?

1. Take the hook
2. Pull the strap rope to your desired height vertically. If it doesn’t lock right away, keep holding on.
3. Pull gently to lock it slowly (1–3 cm, 10 mm/s) to create a groove nearby, ensuring it stays in place.
4. To change the height, pull the rope back slightly and then repeat the previous steps.
